Chef Osorio has been at the helm of Amerigo’s kitchen and specializing in worldly Italian fare since its opening day in 1994. To ensure that his recipes reach their maximum potential, he sources ingredients from local farmers as well as ships them over-night from around the world. Chef Osorio was selected as one of the “Top Ten Chefs in Houston” in 2006 by H-Texas Magazine.
